Beyond piñatas and tortillas, beyond the music of Maná and Reggaetón, there is a deep and serious latino culture. Tantilizingly near the U.S. borders, but separated by cultural chasms, there is a delightful latino culture. Sharing with us a theological base, but lacking the relationship with the Son of God, there is a spiritual latino culture.
Latin America provides us with the most accessible mission field in the world. Accessible, not only because they share our time zones, but accessible because of the spiritual thirst throughout the area. The three hallmarks of our efforts in Latin America are that we work primarily in the major cities, we work alongside mature international leaders, and we work in developing holistic ministries.
Missionaries are needed in Latin America to evangelize, plant churches, educate and train national leaders, and assist with business opportunities and economic development. We have interest in sending missionaries to work in the capital cities of Argentina, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
Opportunities may exist in Haiti, depending upon the political situation and stability of the country.
We are also looking for an entreprenurial missionary for Antigua to develop a holistic job creation program.
